A drink inspired by the Mexican Cerveza Preparada tradition. Our take is spicy, savory, and just a little sweet. Made with Big Bend Tejas Negra and garnished with chile lime-dusted salami, a cocktail onion, a pickled beet slice, and a Spanish olive.
